Everything You Need to Know about Membership
How does the membership work?
A 3 month commitment is required. You’ll be charged a monthly fee and receive access to discounted services and one treatment per month. Services must be used in the designated month, no rollover.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes! We offer flexible options so you can pause or cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice via email to [email protected]. Additional rates may apply if the next bill cycle falls within the 30 day notice period. Once you cancel your membership, you will have 30 days to use the service.
Is this a botox subscription or pay-as-you-go?
This is a membership program, meaning you receive discounts and monthly treatments with no long-term commitment. You will just need to provide a 30 day notice when you wish to cancel by emailing [email protected].
Can I share my membership with a family member?
Memberships are non-transferable and meant for individual use.
